Immortal Chao
Three of the rare chao, Devil, Angel, and Light Chaos chao can be made in all the same way except one variation at the end... First take a chao that is on its third life, give it all 21 animals, (you should make a list of them so you don't give two of the same animal) feed it a Chao fruit for it to become a Light Chaos chao, a Hero fruit for Angel, and Dark fruit for a Devil chao. After feeding it wait for it to evolve into on of the Immortal chao.

The Jewel chao come in alot of different varieties, but
sadly, can only be gotten with the Gameboy Advance .

Multi-Colored Chao
I've never raised this chao but, it seems common. From what I've heard you need to mate a colored chao with a non-colored chao to get combinations of two colors.

Shadow chao: Dark Running/running
Super Sonic chao: Gold Dark Running/running
Super Shadow chao: Silver Dark Running/running
Knuckles chao: Neutral Power/flying
Rouge chao: Dark Flying/running
